Angel’s Envy debuted its Angel’s Envy 10 Cask Strength, the distillery’s first-ever age-stated release, last week (Oct. 10).
This limited-edition whiskey is crafted with a cumulative aging time of 10 years in new American oak and port wine barrels. Bottled at 122.6 proof, this expression is one of the brand’s most robust releases to date.
“Angel’s Envy 10 Cask Strength represents more than just a decade of aging — it embodies the dedication, precision, and passion that our team pours into every bottle,” said Angel’s Envy Master Distiller Owen Martin. “I’m incredibly proud of how this expression pushes the boundaries of what we’ve achieved with our cask releases, using a deft touch to balance a refined port character at a bold cask strength. It’s a milestone that reflects both our journey and the artistry that goes into every step of crafting a whiskey worth savoring.”
The October 10 release date carries special significance. Originally planned as the launch month for Angel’s Envy in October 2010, Founder Lincoln Henderson chose to delay the debut until the whiskey met his uncompromising standards. The release of Angel’s Envy 10 Cask Strength on this date brings that history full circle, paying tribute to its origins while underscoring the team’s unwavering commitment to quality, innovation, and excellence.
Only 24,480 bottles of Angel’s Envy 10 Cask Strength will available nationwide for $249.99.
