Cedar Ridge First-Ever Anniversary Edition Bourbon

Cedar Ridge Distillery is celebrating two decades of making whiskey with the release of  its first-ever Anniversary Edition Bourbon.

To mark the milestone, Master Distiller Murphy Quint finishing the Iowa bourbon, whose mashbill is 74% corn, 14% rye and 12% malted barley, in Tokaji, Ruby Port, Amontillado Sherry casks, and 2nd New American Oak barrels. Blended by Quint, the 110 proof expression highlights theCedar Ridge’s signature wine-barrel finishing techniques.

“To mark our 20th anniversary, I wanted to create a whiskey that honors our beginnings while also representing what we’ve evolved into,” Cedar Ridge Distillery Master Distiller Murphy Quint. “This release unites two cornerstones of our history—Iowa bourbon and wine—with the craft we’ve mastered in recent years: blending cask-finished whiskeys. The result is a wine-cask finished bourbon, a truly special release that brings our journey full circle.”
